Professional Services are offered on a fee for service basis.

Rates:
$120 per hour.  Sliding scale available.

Insurance:
Services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 Non Coverage:
A few things to keep in mind if your insurance will not provide coverage.  Psychotherapy is considered a medical expense for income tax purposes.  I will provide receipts for this purpose upon request.  Also you need to consider that therapy is a personal investment that you are making for yourself and in yourself.  You might want to ask yourself, can I afford not to do this?  Consider the costs involved as similar to that of the fees you would pay for further education or training.

Payment:
Due at time service is rendered.  Cash or cheque.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
